Late last March, I stopped by your dealership to shop the market for Grand Cherokees.  I planned to actually buy one in the summer, before the new model year begins.  By luck, I ran into Al Kutach, the sales manager, who told me that the model change was coming early; that if I wanted a 2013, the time to buy was now.

I described to Al the exact package and color of car that I was looking for.  He told me that he did not have such a car on the lot, but that he would do a search of local inventory.  He found a car meeting my description and had it sent to the lot.  Shortly, we closed a deal on it.  Getting the lowest price was not my primary concern, but Al did find a rebate available that made the cost a better fit in my budget.

I appreciate that Al made the effort to find me the car that I wanted to buy, no necessarily the car that he wanted to sell right then.  I have found that to be a rare experience in shopping for cars over the years.

After spending a little time with the new car, I find that is has every feature that I was looking for, as well as a few pleasant surprises.  I feel that will suit my needs for this type of car for a long time.  I am pleased to buy from a local dealership that will provide me with convenient access to warranty support and factory service when required.  I look forward to doing business with David Ellis Chrysler Jeep in the future and will recommend others shop there.

I want to use this letter to thank Mr. Octavio Aguirre for his proactive action in taking care of my wife.  We bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler last August and we have had quite a hassle with it.  The recent one was today a problem with the cylinder.  To my surprise they informed my wife that her jeep will be kept for three days, however no rental will be provided.

My wife was stranded at your dealership until 6:45pm when I got there.  I was very irate and did not understand why a rental is not being provided.  this is when I met Mr. Octavio Aquirre.  He was very empathetic, friendly and understanding.  He apologized and immediately provided a courtesy rental for us.  I know all the companies have policies.  However having a caring and concerned staff on your team made me very happy.

I am so grateful to Mr. Octavio, his dedication to service has saved a Jeep customer.  I will definitely buy my next car here and also recommend my friends and family to Mr. Octavio.

I want to thank you for your patience and assistance throughout our transaction.  I am very happy with my purchase with the David Ellis organization.

I was referred to you by my good friend Bruce Bennett.  I value his opinion when it comes to cars; he really knows his stuff!  What I did not know when he referred me to you is that you would come to provide me with one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.  The care, courtesy, knowledge, and concern extended by your staff was simply the best I have ever received.  I see that it starts from the top with you Eric and the example you must set for your staff.  Al was fantastic to deal with and helped put the deal together, Octavio was a complete gentleman and too great care in explaining the lease contract and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase; when I mentioned that the vehicle I was purchasing did no have a trailer hitch that I needed for my bike rack (I am an avid bicyclist), he made sure to arrange for one to be installed at no charge to me.  Finally, Jeff was wonderful with explaining the features of our new vehicle and offered his assistance to us whenever we might need it.

The bottom line is that I have purchased Mercedes from Calabasas and Beverly Hills, Lexus from Westlake Village and Woodland Hills, Porsches from Beverly Hills.  All of y prior car buying experiences pale in comparison to the extraordinary level of service that I received from David Ellis.  I genuinely commend you for the fine job you do running your dealership and with your incredible staff.  I will not hesitate to recommend David Ellis to my friends and clients.
